Well Callie had her 6 month check-up yesterday. I can't believe she's already 6 months! She's healthy and still a very HAPPY and CONTENT baby. What more can you ask for? :)
Here are her stats:
12.5 lbs (2nd percentile for her age)
25.5 inches long
Callie waiting to get 3 shots... I hate being there when they do it, but I love being able to hold her afterwards to help comfort and calm her down. She's so sweet.
We started feeding her rice cereal a couple weeks ago. (Notice how she's cross-eyed looking at the spoon? haha)

I'm watching this with Luke and he says, "She's don't wike it! She's mad!"
And good luck on the rest of the vegetables. Everyone always makes a big deal about not feeding fruit first, but I always did with my kids and they all liked vegetables still. Just saying. You can also mix things, so they're kind of sweet, but not all fruit.
That is too cute!
it usually takes some adjusting for them to get used to new tastes and textures, just takes time Ü i love her highchair-it is so cute! i just want to know where are her hairbows and headbands? with that much hair and being a girl, you need to doll her up! *haha*
All I can say is that I love those lips!!
dalynne, i usually do put clips or headbands in her hair when we go out. but her headbands are getting too small now so i need to find some new ones and make some too. i love her hair though! :)
I was listening to Nation Public Radio once. The reporter doing the story mentioned that he didn't like fruit. Turns out his parents fed him vegetables first so that he would like him. I guess they must've waited a long time because he never got used to fruit and had never liked it. I thought that was funny.
